If a complaint arises about any work undertaken by the Company, please contact immediately Roger Unwin on 0114 236 4421. We aim to resolve all issues as swiftly, effectively and most important amicably as is practical.

In the highly unlikely event of an issue being unresolved, as a Which? Trusted Trader, it would be referred to Ombudsman Service Ltd for dispute resolution. In this case please, initially, contact Which? Trusted Trader on 0117 981 2929.
