Can I just say a huge thank you to you and your fitters for the great service you have given us this week. When my boiler broke down Monday morning , I didn’t think that by Friday we would have new one up and running.

You kindly got the old one working by mid afternoon Monday but let me know that it was not going to carry on for much longer. We had already planned to replace it this year but once we had met you Monday evening to discuss replacing it , both my husband and myself were keen for your company to carry out the work.

The fitters who came on Friday were superb . They worked well into the evening to get the job finished as they hit a snag once the old boiler was removed from the wall. Despite this delay , they carried out the work with professionalism and no small amount of good humour.

They were a pleasure to have in the house and , given that we have a great boiler at a competitive price we would have no qualm in recommending you to our family and friends.

I just want to say thank you so much for your prompt and excellent service last week. I was at my wits end with the old boiler and when you came to advise us at 4 pm Tuesday, I had no idea that by 4pm Wednesday I would have heat and hot water and a brand new efficient boiler which I feel I can trust! Thanks Roger for all your guidance and advice in ‘our time of need’. Also a big thank you to Joe, both Lee’s, and Simon for the very professional job carried out fitting the new boiler and radiators after our elderly boiler finally died on us. They worked efficiently, with precision, good humour and minimal disruption, running down our stocks of chocolate biscuits and fresh coffee in the process!

A few years ago we had our central heating upgraded and RS Heating and Building did a first class job.

It became obvious recently that our dated bathroom needed a makeover and we decided to have a wet room. We did not hesitate to give the go ahead to RS Heating and Building… They were all very friendly and helpful and it was a pleasure to have them in the house, which they left clean and tidy each day. They have certainly given our bathroom the WOW factor.
