Dear Roger,

The house is nice and warm following the boiler replacement. The new controls are easy to use, and it all seems to be working well with some rooms warmer than they’ve ever been. The exterior brickwork looks good both where the new vent has been fitted and the old vent was. Routing of the condensate pipe is fine.

Obviously the house was cold while the job was being done. The outgoing nature of the engineers made things more bearable than they might otherwise have been. They seem to enjoy their work, and solving the range of problems this type of project throws up.

We felt we got very good, careful, clear advice which was suited to our needs . We are very pleased with the new more efficient system, which is definitely a marked improvement. I would like to Thank You and your team, that is Lee, Joe and Darren for the work undertaken in replacing my central heating boiler and associated work. Lee particulary made a superb job fitting the new boiler so my husband would have the minimum of retiling to do!! That was really appreciated!! We are happy with the new towel rail Joe fitted in the bathroom and I would like to thank Darren for his help and advice in fitting a new wall thermostat ….
